Life, Liberty, and Integrity are the Constitution Party’s Three Pillars. They connect what we believe about human dignity with how government should act and how leaders should serve. For the Constitution Party of Florida, these principles guide our work to restore constitutional government at every level.
Life
Human life is sacred. We affirm the God-given right to life of every human being, from conception to natural death. Our commitment to protecting life is a foundation of the Constitution Party.
Government exists to safeguard our inherent rights, including the right to life. We believe that responsibility must guide the laws we support and the leaders we elect, keeping respect for human life at the center of public service.
Liberty
Our rights come from our Creator. Government exists to protect them, and its authority must remain within the Constitution. Powers not delegated to the federal government, and not prohibited to the states, remain with the states or the people.
Liberty includes freedom of conscience, security in our persons and property, and the protections of due process. Those safeguards matter in everyday life and in the digital world. New technology does not give government new powers to intrude on the people. We seek representatives who understand these limits and will uphold them.
Integrity
Constitutional government depends on trustworthy people. Honesty, sound judgment, personal responsibility, and respect for others belong in public service as well as private life.
We expect party leaders and candidates to explain their commitments clearly and be accountable for their conduct. Public office is a responsibility to serve the people within constitutional limits. Our support rests on both a commitment to our principles and the integrity to uphold them in practice.
